Ring finger problem and don’t have any money to get it checked out

I don’t know how I got my ring finger on the left side of my hand to get bruised. I was fighting someone but I was using my right hand instead of the left. It was swollen for a week and then started to go back to normal after two more weeks. I just feel a bump beneath the nail left side of my joint and kinda hurts when I put pressure but the real pain is on the proximal side of the ring finger when I put pressure. It’s slightly out of place, not entirely crooked. I can bend the tip but not all the way, kinda hurts, I can’t crack it either. When I straighten the fingers, the middle and ring finger doesn’t stand together, there’s like a gap, not too big but not too small either. There’s still minimal bruising. I don’t have money to go and get it checked out. I just don’t want to get worse and have to get surgery which will be worse and have to pay $$$$’s and plus a semi functional finger and not healed properly ._.
