Is Sweden the best nation?

I'm thinking about the sales that are coming soon. Which nation would be fun to grind? I'm thinking Japan or Sweden, since they look to have a good lineup of both air and ground premiums. I have decent lineups for Germany and Russia, but have not enjoyed it that much (especially the planes). What do you guys think are the most fun and best premiums to grind a nation with?
