Is there such thing as a male rbf?

I don’t know what it is, I don’t try to look anything but normal when I go places, but I’ve never had a woman just walk up and start talking to me, or flirt or whatever. The only times I’ve be “successful” in that vain is if I’m around a girl long enough to actually talk and share interests like a coworker or someone being introduced to me from someone else, But this always ends up being in the span of weeks (flirting stage) even if they are fully into me it’s never like anyone takes the initiative and takes things further, it’s not that I’m ugly either everyone always says I’m the staple “handsome” guy which I never understood because I think I don’t think I’m very attractive. But I always hear now about guys being approached, the girls doing the flirting and approaching guys, but never me, even if me and a girl catch eyes in public that’s all I get. I can’t help my face, I try and dress nice. I just don’t understand what I need to do to get a woman to want me.
