You’ve just stepped into a custom basketball league like no other. In **SimEra**, every player is user-created, every game is simulated, and your *legacy* is on the line.

Here’s everything you need to know to get started:

## 🛠️ How It Works

### 1. **Create Your Player**

You’ll fill out a form to build your custom player—name, position, height, badges, tendencies, and more. No overalls or max builds. This is about **balance, roleplaying, and identity**.

### 2. **Get Drafted**

Once your player is approved, you’ll be entered into the draft pool or assigned to a team. GMs and scouts will evaluate your build, backstory, and how you might fit.

### 3. **Simulated Games**

We run full seasons using **NBA 2K’s simulation engine**. We post box scores, stats, game recaps, and sometimes even highlights. Your player’s performance depends on the build you made—and how well you fit your team’s system.

### 4. **Progression & Recognition**

You can earn points to upgrade your player based on:

* Game performance

* Activity (posting, interviews, media)

* Awards, achievements, and team success
