Is my space too competitive to win in?

We just launched our SaaS, AppearOnAI, which essentially helps companies show up on AI Search. At first, I was so excited cause it worked and we got a few paying customers. But the more research I did, the more I saw how competitive the space is by not only startups but also legacy SEO companies like SemRush and AHREFS also getting into the space. I think right now, we have a product advantage but we don't have the same funding or distribution as these other companies. Any tips on competing? This site is https://appearonai.com/
