Tulip Violet and Tulip Yellow

Folks, Someone close to me is considering purchasing a property in sector 69, Gurugram. They have shortlisted Tulip Violet and Tulip Yellow.

Violet is a bigger society with more space and perhaps a more vibrant community and better amenities. Most places of interest are just across the road.

Yellow is Mivan construction but it's a much smaller society. The approach road aaye nature and may get waterlogged during rains.

Anybody who is living in either one of these or has stayed here on the past, could you share your feedback on how these societies are on general? What are the problems and pros? Thanks
