Greetings!

I am a professional male with a career as a Policy and Procedures Trainer. In my job, I tell people what to do and what rules and regulations to follow.

In my personal life, I enjoy engaging with a submissive in very much the same capacity. I have experience with both in real life Dom/Sub relationships as well as online.

My approach to being a Dom is by building trust and comfort primarily between my sub and myself. This is effective for me as the notion that I ‘take’ control is superficial. Nothing stops a potential sub from ghosting me at any point. I prefer for the sub to desire to give me control.

This is a process that takes time and effort on both parties and a process I have had some instances of success with. I am patient and articulate and pride myself on being able to hold and carry a conversation.
