Face flushing post breast aug?

I am now on day 2 post op, i was originally as flat as a wall i dont even think i had a cup size and i did 380,360cc. The pain is actually unbearable especially when i go from sitting up to laying down and vise versa. Anyways, my point is my cheeks are extremely red and hot to the touch is this normal? My face is also very swollen. I have pretty bad jaw pain as well but i was assuming that was from the breathing tube during anesthesia idk.
