NIT-K or AIIMS

Since the neet results as well as josaa round 1 results are out, I'm confused to choose between medicine n engineering. I got a very good rank in neet n expecting aiims whereas in josaa I got nitk - cs branch (surathkal) in round 1. Which one should I prefer and what are the perks and backdrops in each?
