Tampon Anxiety

Okay this is really embarrassing for me to post, but today at work I was having horrible burning sensation down there and was panicking think i had a cyst rupture or something and went to the bathroom to find out I had a tampon still in from the morning I forgot to take out and I had peed a couple times that day thinking i didn’t have anything in… now im worried I have had another in there and I just don’t know… wouldn’t I have some kind of sign? My anxiety has been so high ever since and I’m scared lol I have never had this happen but it was such a long day, I have horrible brain fog from not sleeping well and feel like I was in such a rush I just forgot but now I’m worried there could be one up in my body and I just don’t know
