Category rank 17000

I belong to st category all India rank 5lakh and category rank 17k ....is there any chance of getting government college ....or if not mbbs then what About bams ??? I really need a genuine help ....my parents are advising me for ssc but I'm not sure ....pls don't judge me for my category ...🙂
