War Thunder Leitmotif?

I've noticed many of the legacy war thunder soundtracks have this recurring specific rhythym. It seems almost to be the leitmotif of war thunder, of course in competition with Red Starred Avengers.

One example of this would be at exactly 2:13 in "To Your Stations!"

Any comments on this? Is there an explanation? I didn't think much of it until I heard it in many of the songs.
