I have a problem with my ps5

On Tuesday, June 10, I encountered a problem related to my internet connection. I tried to download a game, but it took a long time to process, and when it was added to the downloads, it stopped calculating. I tried restarting my modem and it worked. Days went by until today, Saturday, June 14, when the problem recurred. I tried playing an online game and everything was fine. Then I tried installing a game on a console that wasn't Sony (specifically an Xbox Series S) and there were no problems. Then I tried using a LAN cable and it seemed to work, and I was able to download a game. Just in case, I downloaded another one and the same problem occurred again, even with the LAN cable connected. I don't know if this is a problem for me or someone else, but I hope someone can help me
