SELLER NOT PAYING CLOSING COSTS SO BACK OUT OF DEAL

Question. In so cal area.

My question is if seller doesn’t agree to pay closing cost can I use this as leverage to back out of the deal? How effective is this to say if seller doesn’t pay may reconsider?

Cost is about 14k?
