What am I doing wrong?

A few days ago I started a new YouTube channel just for Minecraft videos and so far it's not doing well. I have 2 full videos and 2 shorts and nobody is liking them or even watching them. I will admit that my first video wasn't that good. I just want to Improve my content and get more views and subscribers.

Here is my channel: YouTube.com/@KnifePartyd
