Inicet counselling and neet pg

if i take a seat in first round of inicet counselling when’s the last date to join duties? is it necessary to start before second round?

people who’ll be joining in ini but want to give a good attempt at neet how are you preparing? i’ll be getting a seat though less likely in my preferred branch and want to give a try at neet. i’m very confused how to manage studying till neet with counselling and admission
