2018 ES350 Michelin Cross Climate 2 TIRES

Ok so I live in NY and it gets some what snowy here. I work from home and I drive less than 10k miles a year. I am a spirited driver. So what are you're thoughts on the Michelin Cross Climates? I don't really like how my Lexus handles in the snow/rain as its FWD. I heard these tires can wear out pretty quick as in 25k miles, I heard they get lower MPG as my 2018 ES350 averages about 23.5 MPG now. I also heard these tires can be loud.... Should I go with these tires so my Lexus handles better in the rain/snow or should I go with another tire?
