Ai laws and other help

Would i own the rights to an ai image i had made? What if its my work but cleaned up by ai?

Also, i have had work (non ai) stolen before. It started i believe 5ish years ago but i dont know what to do. I also dont want people to know who i am. Its a parody of something (bussiness logo) then multiple people did the same idea. Imaging a McDonald's logo but it says mcfart or something. So would i own the design for that and in the vintage style of the bussiness if i easnt the first to do it in that bussinesses older style?

And is there a timeline on what i can legally do? Is there a way to be anonamous while filing copyright/trademark rights or lawsuits?

Another thing is how do i prove i made it first? I checked online before i made it then soon after others copied it. I have uploaded it to things like redbubble but have removed, redone the logo and reuploaded so how do i show the first time i posted it?
