All items in TikTok shop showing out of stock despite showing stock in seller center

no items are available for purchase in shop. I checked seller center, it says it's fully stocked. When I checked the shop from the normal TikTok app, it says the whole store is empty. Reached out to support, they have no idea. Any advice?
