Just a question

Why is it that every time someone comments respectfully about "not caring about Amy's political views" or just disagreeing with her, you guys just go on a rampage with down votes and insults? I'm not American, in my country we have our own issues to deal with at the moment and I couldn't care less what Amy supports or doesn't support politically, I just like her music, that's all. And there are other fans like me who are here for the music, not the politics, but when we say it out loud and in a respectful way you guys get upset and I don't know why. Are we all supposed to be free to comment here, or is there some rule I'm missing?
