Can I use L'oreal HiColor on my hair if my hairdresser bleached and colored my hair about 2.5 months ago? the chocolate brown faded so fast from my hair.

Can I use L'oreal HiColor on my hair if my hairdresser bleached and colored my hair about 2.5 months ago? Also, would i have to put the color on my roots or the previously colored portion of my hair first?

My hair is naturally dark brown.
