Does anyone else lose their pinned profiles after some time?

This happens randomly to be but it’s so annoying. I have premium, I’ll pin anywhere from 10-15 profiles and they stay there for a few weeks. Then suddenly, they’ll slowly unpin themselves/disappear from my pinned, and I have no way to get them back if the person isn’t active or if I don’t know where they are. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve registered a second profile (albeit free), and sent every pinned profile to my second profile in case I lose the pin so I can go into that chat and just pull up their profile again quickly.
