Limbus is stuck on 'Touch to start screen'

Can't play the game. Really want to go back to play canto 8 now that I have time for it to kill, but I literally can't. There is no sound and I can't do anything. The first time I was able to clear cashe, oh round and round we go. But now I can't even do that. I deleted and redownloaded the game atleast twice to no result. Please help. What else can I do to fix this issue? (Playing on pc if it matters)
