xbox controller not connecting to pc anymore

i was literally playing a game on my pc with the controller until i accidentally unplugged it and after plugging it back in it does nothing it vibrates and nothing else no input works i tried downloading the accessories app but it doesn’t detect anything windows settings says that a device “controller” is connected but nothing else. i used about 6 wires didn’t work i tried pressing random buttons all i can do is press 5)3 xbox button then it starts flashing like its looking to connect to an xbox.

please help how do i fix it it pisses me off everything on yt and tiktok is some bs om about bluetooth or updating drivers theres people on their comment sections with the same problem and no one has an answer😭
