Should I change churches for social reasons?

I have been on my church for over 2 years. My pastor is the person who teached me piano and I have been playing sometimes on the band. However I feel some things that makes me want to change churches:

1. Disorganization. The band barely prepares and it stresses me a lot the days I have to play, I had to leave early last time because I couldn't deal with it. Also a lot of the church, including in the band, feel improvised.

2. I feel disconnected from people there. They show a lot of care but I don't sense such a strong connection and many times I feel like a stranger.

I don't even know if I should or how I should I say that I am changing churches. This has been burdening me a lot.
