Women Wielding Soft Power

I’m looking for book recommendations for historical or fantasy books where the main female character does NOT wield a sword or any type of weapon but instead uses soft power politically like Margaery Tyrell and her grandmother the Queen of Thorns in the Game of Thrones series or like Mariko in Shogun. I have read the books for both of these so I don’t need that recommendation.

Also, if they could include things like how much work women did actually running a household and networking with other women that would be great.
