Anyone else getting an uptick in random deaths?

I keep dying completely randomly, be it my head just disappearing, randomly exploding with a crater appearing directly beneath my corpse, stuff like that.

It's happening pretty much only in megacities, with ZERO living SEAF troops nearby, and I don't play with randoms (personal thing, genuinely just cannot stand randoms outside of PvP games) so I'm not just being teamkilled.
