Ever wonder how you ended up believing in your god and not someone else’s? Think about it, no divine voice came down with a brochure saying, Hey, I’m real, worship me! You were born, someone handed you a story, and boom, your god was installed like an app. Updates came in through rituals, sermons or grandma’s bedtime stories. It wasn’t revelation, it was repetition. You didn’t discover the divine, you were briefed on it. And let’s be honest, if you’d been born elsewhere, you’d be defending a completely different holy figure with the same passion.
