Credit Cards to add before paying for all wedding payments…

I’m about to pay for ~$8,000 honeymoon and a whole bunch more in wedding expenses very soon! 🫠 My fiancé and I are only in the Chase family. We both have the CSR, and i have a CFF and CFU. Once we are married, It doesn’t make sense to both have a CSR. I was thinking about opening an AMEX platinum and gold card, one for each of us, as we will easily hit the bonus for both with all these expenses. Any thoughts or other recommendations on card setup is very much appreciated!
