What temp does your steam stat kick in

Hello! Doing some troubleshooting after a blown thermal fuse. Replaced it with a kit from Sungaze.

My steam thermostat red light is kicking it at about 290. I have a -14.7 offset, so that is about 304F. Does that sound normal?
