Mixing meds

Hi , I'm on sublicade 300mg for about 3 years now but I was wondering how dangerous my other meds are

I take Olanzapine 20mg morning and night ( maximum does they can do )

I also take tamazapam 10mg about that same time as sublicade at night time

Sometimes I'll take an extra tamazapam tablet on hard days to sleep better plus it's a good effect if you get me

I've been told tamazapam 10mg is about 5mg of diazapam in strength for reference

But I'm on 3 major Downers that supress my mind I was wondering if it's dangerous at all

If I take an extra Olanzapine it's the only way I can day sleep as I struggle with sleep major

I also struggle with anxiety so I take a tamaz before major events like birthdays and such
