Is This an Aura?

Right now my body feels very tense, there’s a periodic sound in my ears that sounds like my ear drums are about to pop, I’m feeling fatigued but my heart rate isn’t very high. Right now I’m wrapped in a blanket so in case I do have a seizure I can stay stationary in a cushioned area. All of my seizures are black outs so I don’t really know if have auras or not but does this look like one? Should I go to urgent care or the ER?
