ZyMot & PICSI for Fertilization

I’m going to thaw and fertilize my eggs in August. My partners DNA frag is 20%. My RE is recommending to use both ZyMot and PICSI.

Do you think this is too much manipulation to the sperm?

We plan on doing a fresh transfer without PGT testing. I’m a bit nervous about this. Eggs were frozen at age 33.

Can anyone please share their experience?
