Personal loan advice

Hi, I need a personal loan of at least $1000. I am employed full time with regular pay checks, totaling about $3,000 per month. My credit score is around 600. I’ve been applying to a lot of online lenders and keep getting denied with “adverse action” notice. Wondering if anyone knows any direct lenders who would be likely to work?
