Hi! I’m looking to hire a Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to help grow and manage my Twitter account, which focuses on content for a mainly gay audience (think lifestyle, humor, attraction, community, etc.).

Responsibilities: • Like, retweet, and reply to relevant tweets in the LGBTQ+ space • Like comments on posts by popular users to increase visibility and drive traffic to my profile • Post engaging content (memes, photos, text — I’ll provide ideas or themes to follow) • Use hashtags and growth strategies to attract the right audience • Track engagement and provide suggestions for improvement • (Optional) Schedule tweets using TweetDeck, Buffer, or similar tools

Requirements: • Comfortable working in a gay-focused digital space • Familiar with Twitter culture and LGBTQ+ trends • Strong written English • Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented
