Normal FPS for RTX 2080 1080p?

Hello guys, my current specs are Ryzen 5 3600 paired with an RTX 2080(Inno3d) with 16 gb DDR4 ram. I run the game at a mix of high-med settings (mostly high) with dlss quality and got around 90-110 fps outside the city and 52-65 fps in the city. Is this the same for those with similar specs as mine?

I swear the game used to be less intensive :((

Thanks guys
