Climbing gyms

Hi there. I bet there are people here that loves climbing (indoors or outdoors) but wouldn't it be wonderful to have a proper climbing gym in the area? Like adamanta, boulder corp, etc. Do you think that it will be successful if someone open one? I'd like to hear your thoughts especially if you are a climber.
