HOT TAKE: the reason Geto didn’t use a domain against Yuta (besides the obvious reason of domains not existing yet) is that Rika would have just countered it somehow.

Like I think part of the reason that Gojo would have maybe lost against Curse Rika is because of the unconditional copy, maybe extending to techniques like domains and domain counters, basically making it something like a stronger mahoraga, and I think Geto might have realized this, after all. he seemed to have a really good understanding of how busted Rika was.

I bet if he used a domain Rika would have used her own version of falling emotion blossom or something , so instead he decided to try to take Yuta out in one hit, basically the Strat he would have used if he was trying to kill mahoraga
