Learning to ride in a new city

I’m a 25-year-old male. I recently learned to drive a two wheeler on the road in March. I used to practice driving in my local area.

Now, I’m in Pondicherry, and I have to travel to my study room using an old Scooty that belongs to a family acquaintance I’m staying with.

The roads here are different, and the traffic signals are new to me. I do notice the signals, but sometimes I’m not sure where exactly they are located or which one applies to my lane. I also make occasional mistakes while driving.

I’m genuinely worried—I don’t want anyone to get hurt because of me. I don’t want to be the cause of an accident.

What should I do now?
