Abdominal cramps and spotting 4 days post car accident

On Tuesday, I was in a car accident where I was side swiped by a car through the intersection. I went to ER to get checked out because my chest was hurting from the air bag and I had a headache.

Head CT and chest xrays came back normal. I had some minor abdominal pain and the doctor did a physical exam on my stomach and sent on my way.

Yesterday and today I started having what feels like bad period cramps and spotting. My period isn't due until Wednesday.

Should I be concerned about missed internal bleeding? I've felt light headed a couple times when standing but I also have POTS.
