Need Move In Suggestions

So I am expecting to move into Columbus for the first time (22m) in hopes of a better life direction and taking a class at CSCC while working part time. Question was if anyone knew the best (cheapest) apartment buildings in that area and also how realistic it is to get around the city on bike. Plan on moving in August if I can find a roommate(s) Thanks for the help :)
