How do I deal with excessive dysphoria as a teenager?

I've been experiencing really bad dysphoria for the last what, week? In my state I can't access anything besides a binder right now, and even at that I don't have enough money to buy one yet and won't have enough money until around July but I really need ideas on what to do until then. :(
