How long do flare ups last?

Hi all, I've been stuck sick out of my mind like this for a whole week nauseous out of my head, lots of stomach acid, ive been trying to eat early, but there was a point I couldn't eat for 3 whole days. I've been on a plain diet and been drinking water like crazy, but from the anti-acid medications, ginger pills, sleeping up right, avoiding everything I can to not upset my tummy, so far, hasn't worked- other than THC which isn't something I'd like to rely on. Id go to the doctors again but thats just not an option at the moment. ive consoled my doctor about the use of THC/CBD and was given an OK and it has helped a bit, but unfortunately not enough. I just want to know if it also lasts this long for others?nive never had it last this long. Any tips or tricks would be sooo appreciated. I hope this post made sense thanks again.🖤
