What are the best balanced subclasses?

I've heard people say classes like Moon Druid and Twilight Cleric are broken, while certain classes like Four Elements Monk are really bad. What would you say are the most well balanced subclass? Nothing broken, nothing weak. Just a subclass that takes what the class is known for and gives it more life or substance while still feeling fair.
