Remittances to BDO Kabayan

Hi guys. I opened a BDO Kabayan savings account recently and I was planning to use this to receive remittances from my clients from Australia. May isa akong client na nagtry magpadala from ANZ bank to my BDO ng 60 AUD, and they paid 9AUD for the transfer fees. Nakalagay sa ANZ receipt that I will be receiving around 2,090.40 PHP. But I only received 1,741.01 PHP, may 349.39 na kulang. So I called BDO, they said na may 100 pesos daw na remittance fee tapos 0.60php per 200 pesos (I'm not sure about this) but it doesn't add up. Im hoping to see if anybody has the same experience? And ganito ba talaga sa BDO??? Parang mas ok pa tuloy magreceive remittances sa BPI account na 150 lang bawas if receiving remittances.
