REAL ID & Ramped Up I.C.E In The USA

If this has already been discussed, then please disregard. It is quite peculiar that the increased activity by I.C.E. coincides with the U.S. government's mandatory REAL ID upgrade. This timing seems like too much of a coincidence. I would love to hear thoughts on this and gain some insight into it
