Medify Diagnostic Mock Score - should I be concerned?

Hi everyone! I completed Medify's diagnostic mock to get an idea of where I'm at and scored 1630 + B2 overall.

Here is a complete breakdown: VR: 500 DM: 490 QR: 640

For reference, l've done mostly untimed practice and VERY little timed practice so far. I also sat the exam last year so l'm familiar to the exam format.

Should I be concerned with this score? I'm aware that I should work on my timing after sitting this mock.
