Is it harmful to wash kosher salt down the sink?

I was seasoning some meat with kosher salt and I got some salt on my clothes. Rather than wipe them with a napkin or brush them off into the garbage, I got lazy and just tossed the grains into the sink and then washed my hands. But now I'm wondering: is this harmful to the water or my plumbing?
