Heard rumour from a set worker

Is it true that Selena, on her second time on the show, pretended to eat the sauce but only ate sauce from the first wing then for all other levels bit only the plain chicken on the no-sauce areas. That wouldn't be fair so just want to confirm if true. The first time on the show she was crying her entire makeup was falling off and smeared black. This time small reaction.
