Help please

Ok so this Monday June 9th I went to go see my boyfriend, I was already spotting with blood , it wasn’t that heavy but I knew my period was coming , we decided to do it since it wasn’t that much blood we did it with condom but unfortunately the condom fell off and he had finished inside of me with the condom stuck inside , so note : we had done it many times without protection the past month and I really didn’t know that if us women took many plan Bs our body’s will fight it and it will basically not work anymore since we will be immune to the effects of it . So this past month I had taken 4-5 and I know it’s bad , but I didn’t know I’m new to all of this , so my period was suppose to come the 12 of June and I’m getting cramps and back pain and sore breast so I’m wondering if anyone can tell me if I’ll be fine or if I’ll be pregnant.
